Free shipping applies to all orders over $80 throughout New Zealand (excludes rural delivery which has a discounted rate of $8.95).

Expected delivery times:

NZ - 1-3 Days standard tracked depending on your location (excludes rural deliveries).

Delays may also occur during peak times such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday or Boxing Day. We appreciate your patience.

The available shipping options will apply at checkout. If you can't find your country, we won't be able to deliver to you. Please use our store locator for alternative stores close to you or find one of our online retailers.

You can check the order status by logging into your Account

You are not required to sign for your parcel. If you are not home when the package is delivered, the courier will leave it in a safe place.

Please consider your an alternative delivery address if you have had previous issue with missing parcels ie apartment buildings

No responsibility will be taken by Hotmilk Lingerie or the courier service for missing orders.

Yes! After completing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email that contains your order receipt & acceptance of payment. We allow 24 hours for your order to be processed by our warehouse. Following this, you will receive another email to advise about the dispatch of your order.

Please check your spam box first, also we find that people have multiple email addresses so please check them all. Tracking and order status can also be found by logging into your Account. There are no duties on deliveries within New Zealand. Outside of New Zealand, customs duties and charges may vary, Hotmilk is not responsible for any charges the recipient may incur.

When you purchase from Hotmilk, you’ll notice your order will come in a little black courier bag. While this bag may look and feel like normal plastic, it’s a much more sustainable alternative. Our courier bags are made from bioplastic and printed with non-toxic soy based inks. They are certified compostable under AS4736 and certified home compostable AS5810, meaning that when they are added to a commercial or home compost, they will break down entirely into organic waste that can be used in your garden.

We also choose to work with courier companies who have good environmental policies and who also strive to reduce their carbon footprint.

Return shipping is FREE on your first exchange, a returns label will be included in your original parcel. You will also not be charged shipping for the exchange items to be sent to you. *Please see our dedicated Returns and Exchanges page for full details
