How much will the shipping costs be?
Free shipping applies to all orders throughout New Zealand over the price of $60. Shipping cost to other countries will be quoted at checkout.

All discount codes are valid for full price items only. From time to time we have fabulous sales or promotions, the use of further discount codes are exempt. Your discount code will work again once the sale is over.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your parcel will be shipped within 24-48 hours of your order being received, delivery time will depend on the shipping option you selected at checkout. You can check the order status by logging in to your account. Peak times such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday and Boxing Day sales may experience a slightly delay in delivery times.
Once your Hotmilk parcel is lodged with the courier, an email will be sent with your tracking link. Please check your spam box if you haven't seen it, all information about your order can be found in Your Account.
Your order should be with you in 3-5 working days of receiving your tracking. When in doubt please call Post Haste on 0800 106 828 and quote your tracking number.
Will I be charged customs and import charges?
We are based in New Zealand so there are no customs and duties charges. Customs or duty charges may vary from region to region outside of New Zealand. Hotmilk cannot predict and is not responsible for any customs or duty charges that the recipient may incur. To confirm charges for your country/state/region please contact your local customs department.
How do I exchange an item?
If you need to return or exchange an item, simply visit our dedicated Returns & Exchanges page and follow the simple instructions. If it is a fault, please email us at Hotmilk support.
What is Hotmilk's return policy?
All bras and sleepwear are returnable within 30days for a store credit or exchange to ensure you get the right size and style.
Garments must be in the original condition with swing tags attached, unwashed and unworn. * Items will not be accepted back stained or marked, please take care to not crush Contour / Padded cups into small packaging.
Any gift with purchase items must be returned if you are returning the garments.
Due to hygiene reasons briefs, swimwear and breast pads are unable to be returned. (Unless they were a free gift with purchase in which instance they must be returned with the product purchased. This includes free knickers and/or breastpads).
Who pays for return shipping
Return shipping is not refundable, however you will not be charged shipping for the exchange items to be sent to you.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
We aim to process your return within 48hrs of receiving it at our warehouse. You will be contacted by email to let you know this has happened. Your exchanged items will be sent out on the next available courier Peak holiday times may experience a slightly delay in processing times.
My Hotmilk garment has a fault.
We have a generous 3 month policy for finding any faults, after this timeframe it's considered fair wear and tear. Please email details and photos within 3 months to Hotmilk support
When does my gift voucher or store credit expiry?
Hotmilk gift vouchers and store credits normally expiry one year from date of purchase/issue.
