Our Commitment to the Covid-19 Response
To our Hotmilk community
We hope you’re all staying safe, staying home and showing kindness ❤️
Hotmilk is pleased to let you know that we have now been registered for our breastfeeding products as a provider of essential non-food goods during Level 4 of the Government’s COVID-19 response.
We'd like to thank you for your continued support and positivity through this challenging time. We’re a small NZ business employing 11 incredible mums and 2 epic dads and we’re proud that we can keep our team employed at full wages, and be able to supply our products to mamas around the country who will find this time, more challenging than most.
In order to protect our staff and the public we are following the rules as set out below from the Govt:
- Only taking orders online or by phone.
- Taking all appropriate public health measures to protect our staff and customers
- Home delivering all our products in a contactless way
- Our couriers collect from a lockable shed so they have no contact with Hotmilk staff or our office.
In addition, all our staff are now working from home. The warehouse is solely manned by one person and will only be operating two days a week to minimise travel and the workload for the courier. The office is highly sanitised and appropriate personal protective equipment is used.
There will be some shipping delays by only packing orders twice a week and by one person, instead of overnight it may become a 2-4 day service.
As a thank you for your amazing support through this time, we’d like to offer you 20% off site wide. Just enter code: THANKYOU20 at checkout to receive your discount.
We are available to you via email, live chat or DM to answer any questions you may have. Or join our new Facebook group @Hotmilk Mamas 💕 and have a chat with us and other mums around the world.
We’ll continue to do everything we can to inspire, uplift and support you. It’s in moments like this, that the world and its people come together to show exceptional love and we witness amazing things that hold us together as one. Stay safe, be kind and give your babies a huge hug.
