CAN not recommend the Zen sports bra ENOUGH!!! Beautifully fitted, easy to get the girls out to feed and hands down more support than my regular sports bra. Where do I sign up for another!? Customer support was second to none. SOOOO very happy!

It’s so hard to find nursing bras in my size (38H) so I am super disappointed that I absolutely cannot recommend this one. Here’s why:
1. The seams down the front of the cups are super visible under clothing… especially thin t shirts, etc like you would usually wear with a sports bra for working out.
2. The a-frame nursing support is a terrible design. It’s only connected along the top at the sides by the clips. It gets wedged between my boobs like a thong which isn’t particularly comfortable… But then even worse it rides up and is visible above the top of the sports bra so I basically have a whale tale thong situation on my chest LOL
3. The strap came unhooked in the back where you can move it to make a racer back while I was chasing around my two boys. Not even doing anything all that strenuous like working out! A sports bra that can’t handle movement is an issue
It fits as expected, is decently comfortable, and is supportive. But there are so many issues with its design that I can’t recommend it

Amazing. Didn’t even cross my mind that I needed a nursing sports bra but it means I no longer need to give up on my workout if my little one interrupts. I can feed and then carry on, game changer!
It’s super comfy and lots of support for bigger busts.
I just wish they did more colours 🙂

I like the look of this bra, olive colour and straps are nice. Functionally it falls a bit flat though, I wouldn't consider it a sports bra in that I wouldn't trust it to support the girls during any activity; additionally because the fabric is stiffer/thicker than standard bras it's a bit more difficult to get it out of the way when accessing the breast for nursing. I would wear this bra more for style than function. Overall, I love Hotmilk bras and think their other styles are much better than this one, so maybe save your money.
